This voltage monitor monitors the mains voltage via the 3-pole socket and transmits its status to a sensor unit: this status indicates whether the voltage is on or off. This Rittal cabinet monitor contains an identification signal that enables it to be automatically recognized and set by the CMC-TC. When making connections to this Rittal enclosures Sensor Unit, the supplied connecting cables must be used.

contact, overvoltage and interference caused by overvoltage can be signaled in the network (SNMP Trap) via the CMC. The standby state is indicated by a green light on the socket board. The second protection device is the interference filter, which acts as a passive component to protect advanced devices.
