Rittal enclosures temperature control unit
Using this sensor unit a temperature control circuit of a Rittal Air Conditioner can be installed. A temperature rating can be predetermined via the PUI, and this rating is compared to the actual temperature. Based on the Rittal electric cabinet evaluation, the Rittal fan system is activated. Likewise, the function of the Rittal fan can be monitored via an air flow sensor. This monitoring function is only activated when the Rittal fan is running. As an option, other sensors can be connected to this Rittal cabinet control unit. In order to operate this control unit as a Rittal Air Conditioner temperature air conditioning circuit, at least one sensor must be used.

The Rittal fan control system regulates and monitors the speed of up to six 24V DC fans type DK7320.812. This reduces the fan's energy consumption and noise level and extends the service life of the Rittal fans. The failure of one or more fans due to a fault is detected by the Rittal fan control system and is reported as a comprehensive fault signal via the LED display with a short audio alarm signal and the integrated alarm relay (potential-free changeover contact). This - the regulator detects the temperature through a Rittal Air Conditioner external temperature sensor DK7320.500. The rated temperature value of the Rittal Air Conditioner is set via the buttons on the front panel. As an option the system can also be configured and monitored via the network (Web/SNMP). The Rittal fan control system can be directly connected to the CMC-TC or the processing unit IIDK7320.100.
