Monitoring of Rittal cabinet UPS and electrostatic transfer switches STS The active components of all power supply series of RimatriX5 can be managed using the monitoring and management software. The advantage of the interface for all single-phase and three-phase UPS equipment as well as static transfer switches is a well thought-out method of operation. If a Rittal cabinet power supply replacement device (generator) is used, an SNMP adapter can be used to monitor it.
SNMP function
Can be easily integrated into SNMP monitoring systems. In addition to the standard MIBRFC1628, an additional MIB can display all parameters. Additionally, an optional "Snap-in" for HPOpenview is available.
Email functionality
The integrated web interface of the Rittal cabinet provides an overview of all relevant UPS information. Password protection prevents unauthorized operation of the SNMP card. Smart NTP users can keep all devices in sync. The integrated web interface of Rittal Air Conditioner Network provides an overview of all important information about the UPS or STS. Password protection prevents unauthorized access to the SNMP card. The integrated NTP client (NTP-Client) ensures that all devices can run simultaneously.
The optional PPP interface also allows the SNMP card to be operated from outside the corporate Internet (Intranet), and allows the Rittal enclosures SNMP card to be operated and called when the network infrastructure can be used. In addition to the website interface, the UPS can also be managed with the program UPSMON.
UPSMON is available for the following operating systems:
Windows, Unix, NovellNetware, OS/2, MacOSx. The server connected to the Rittal enclosures UPS can be downloaded using a service function controlled by the UPS. All common systems are supported. An optional Rittal Air Conditioner software solution enables targeted downloading of the server to ensure that important service functions remain autonomous for a long time.
