For a properly functioning IT system, power quality is one of its important components. UPS security systems help improve power quality. The power supply quality of different power supply companies combined with different IT applications will vary greatly.
For this purpose,Rittal electric cabinet provides this network power analysis system. This means that it can be ideally integrated into the Rittal enclosures power distribution cabinet PDR and perform input power analysis functions there.
The power quality test of this Rittal electric cabinet system is based on EN50160. It has a large, illuminated display for direct recall of test results. In addition, all information is available via a web server integrated in the network. Also included in the scope of delivery is an evaluation software, which enables the selection of test values via the network and analysis according to DINEN50160 and EN61000-2-4 standards. An electronic detector equipped with 4 current and voltage inputs is used to detect and digitize the effective value (RMS) of current and voltage in a 15-75Hz power network. From the sampled values, the microprocessor included in the Rittal enclosures assembly calculates the electrical specifications. When detecting in a three-phase system, the relevant voltage needs to be defined as line zero voltage (L-N) or line-to-line (L-L) voltage. This type of voltage is used by the Rittal power analysis system
