Rittal Air Conditioning Supply Scope:
1 U-shaped Rittal cabinet panel,
2 brackets for accommodating lightweight tubes and circuit cards, 1 handle for microswitches,
1 lightweight tube (for 2 LED light emitting diodes)
1 EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) seal, side, left and right.
Aluminum and stainless steel panels with 4 LED light emitting diodes can be supplied according to customer requirements (according to AMC.0 characteristic R1.0).
AMC filler
The filler is installed on the AMC panel to divert airflow between the ATCA carrier and the MicroTCA system. An air guide plate can also be configured to avoid corresponding air resistance in unused space.

FR4 air guide plate
An empty card must be installed on the AMC slot to ensure sufficient air resistance. Users need to adjust the air resistance according to the requirements of the entire system. Its strength can at least force air to flow into the nearby card slot and pass unobstructed through the unused space. The air guide plate of the PLC control cabinet plays a role in adjusting the air resistance at this time. A maximum of 2 air guide plates can be installed on each filling piece. The adjustable air resistance range achieved through adjustable blades ranges from 80 to 50% after sales by Rittal.
