Rittal DCP cooling unit
Rittal Air Conditioner cooling units are available in two different versions. Available as Standalone version with pipes pressed into the cooling body or as AddOn version used in combination with Rittal cooling plates. The optional Rittal Air Conditioner cooling body housing provides effective air guidance and thus ensures cooling of the air inside the Rittal cabinet.
Mode of action:
The hot air inside the Rittal electric cabinet is sucked out by a high-efficiency radial blower and then directed into the cooling body where it is cooled.
Indirect options are available, either by mounting on Rittal Air Conditioner cooling panels or by using a completely self-sufficient cooling water supply. Therefore, it can, for example, be mounted directly on a mounting plate with strong heat dissipation areas. In this case, additional copper or stainless steel pipes should be pressed into the cooling body. Convincing features:

For optimal and space-saving Rittal fan cooling of the operating cabinet, Rittal has developed the integrated operating panel cooling unit. In this way, 150-350W of heat dissipation can be dissipated without additional external installation. The high degree of protection of the Rittal enclosures is maintained due to the liquid connections on the back of the operator panel.
Mode of action:
The fan unit equipped with 6 fans ensures optimal ventilation of the Rittal Air Conditioner cooling body and also ensures effective cooling of the operating box heat dissipation.
The coolant connection of the RRittal Air Conditioner can be optionally connected to an existing coolant circuit or to an external circuit cooling unit.
Convincing features: High efficiency in small spaces The protection level remains unchanged without the need for additional external installations.
Cooling of operating cabinets, e.g. for comfort control panels and for special cabinets, such as stainless steel cabinets in the food and hobby industry.
Rittal fan cooling units can be ordered depending on the project and are suitable for heat dissipation up to 350W.
